Fleur De Sel knocked on our door to partner with us to work on a full branding project in F&B industry. We helped them build strategy, discover a new name and slogan, develop logo and brand identity, craft an authentic brand story. 
 
 
THE FUSION OF 
FINE DINING & CASUAL DINING 

Basing on comprehensive research and analysis, we recommend Fleur De Sel to apply premium casual dining for their business model. It is the combination of fine dining and casual dining, serving fine-dining quality of food & service but in a casual-friendly space. The model is relevant to the architecture that they had in view: A green open area facilitating connection.

NATURE, CONNECT, HARMONY

Rio cooked up the idea THE 5th FLAVOR - The flavor of nature, connection and balance. Inspired by concept, The 5th Flavor becomes a new brand name. The appreciation of taste is always recognized with four traditional basic flavors: sweet, sour, salty and bitter. Each of these flavors can act on its own, but the way they are blended is secret to making food tasty. Beyond the four better known ones, the fifth flavor or umami, is described as savory.

The 5th flavor is not only the harmonious blend of 5 flavors but also the awakening of 5 senses. Food preparation and presentation are combined with brand atmosphere to deliver a great sensory experience.
